This location is the worst! These kids can never get an order right. Then get mad when asking to correct it. Always rude with no greeting or thank you. Customer service does not exist there. Need management to step up and get things back in order!

Place is TERRIBLE!!!! it’s definitely gone down hill over the year. Used to be on it now just simply terrible. NEVER get the order correct, rude, no manners for a customer service business. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I had the pleasure of speaking with new GM Benny while meeting with sisters for party planning. He was amazing as well as the coffee. Domenica was also friendly and attentive. Definitely will be back!!

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered two iced coffees and when I approached the window and they were handed to me hot, I told the employee I needed them iced please. As she rolled her eyes her coworker began to scream that that’s ridiculous because “he read it back” and it must just be too early for SOME people. We simply asked for the drinks we ordered. That’s it. So instead of screaming and causing a scene, just make the drink. It’s embarrassing. Wish I had a store managers number to let them know the service that’s being given out at their store.

Date and time 2/2/2024 at 1:33 PMI went to get donut ! i told the cashier lady can i please have 4 pcs of Dunut and she said what ! And i repeat that again and The cashier lady told me sorry we only sell in half-dozen or a dozen and i believe this is not true ! And i dont think it not fair because maybe some people cant afford the whole box ! Example Homeless or some Junior high school kids!and even me i only want like 1-4 not the half dozen I suggest you should do something or talk with your Cashier i already wrote time and date on top thank you
