Is this a burrito or a baby burrito still charge full price for a small burrito

The guy serving was super stingy with the servings I’ve never been served so little at any chipotle location but biggest disappointment was the restaurant’s dirtiness. While all the girls were laughing standing around on their phones the place is completely disgusting trash everywhere all tables completely dirty.
