The front ladies are amazing and so nice, especially Abby! They answered all my questions and got my child into their first FREE lesson to see where they fit. The coaches are very detailed and fit a standard and won't move children up until they're 100% independent. Great time here!

Our daughter has been coming for the last year and her progress has been amazing. The front desk ladies are always professional and friendly and the coaches are always personal. Our daughter was scared to come but on the first day they ducked her under and got her used to swimming, now she swims across the pool. Great place for families with family values!

All I can say is wow! I have 2 young boys who come here and the way they help scheduling is amazing. I take the mommy and me class and they go over so much safety things like boundaries and survival. I only gave 3 stars because some of the coaches are leaving and it makes it a little hard to find make ups.

They do not have coaches and keep rescheduling or changing coach for every swim lesson. Kids not moving to next level. Last moment change or reschedule of the class. I will not recommend this for swim lessons.

I would not recommend. My son (now 5 years old) has been going there for over 1.5 years and we just cancelled. We should have cancelled much sooner. instruction isn't effective. Son never even learned to float on his back here. My son had more fun and learned a lot more through public pool lessons where 2 weeks of lessons cost less than a single session here. instructors change quite often they'll cancel classes without much notification classes are supposed to be 30 minutes. My son's most recent instructor had ended the last 2 classes after 20 minutes and 23 or 24 minutes. can get issued makeup classes but when going to schedule those classes it shows many times as unavailable. Most available times are during normal working hours. I wanted to use my son's makeup lessons before cancelling but when I saw that I decided that to just count those as losses and it would be better to just cancel now.
