Great young work there, went in to see the menu and they gave me a rehearsal of rice and vegetables and offered to make everything vegan!

Great fast food option for some fresh Japanese bowls! ordered online and picked up 10 minutes later. Had the Shisito Bowl and the Avocado Citrus Bowl. Both were really good.

This place is always very fast to complete my order whether it is placed online or personally. My today's order was made personal, and the time she needed to take my order, prepare my food and hand over my order lasted about 10-15 minutes. My order was right and delicious! I ordered three teriyaki chicken dishes, one with extra dark chicken, one with extra dark chicken and only broccoli, no other veggies and the last was a bowl without veggies and dark chicken and each bowl was correct, and had extra sauce (which I was not charged, even if there was a sign representing sauces are an extra). The service was friendly and fast, although it seemed that the checkout was in the training. I prefer this place above the location on 51 and buckets, the service and food is always on point! Thank you for an excellent lunch as usual.

I literally drive past 2 Samurai Sam's locations to pick up from the subway station. You actually get the order right every time. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm not going to other places because they don't care about the customer. The subway station makes it right. Thank you to the staff that you are on time.

Spicy Steak Broccoli Bowl is amazing regular size is perfect and fill. The ratio of Streak, broccoli, rice and sauce is perfect. Friendly staff! I suggest online ordering or phone when in a rush during lunchtime. You have a program to buy $5 after you buy a certain amount of shells. No more frozen drinks, as they moved to Phoenix, which is great.
