Vitking House - Phnom Penh

Pretty disappointing. the staff didn't even recognize me when I came in, and I had to wait about 10 minutes just to get a menu. Moreover, eating was very oily.

Worst experience in Phnom Penh. Unable to offer a vegan salad or only with vinegar oil. Staff rude, very poor service.

My hubby and I came here because we heard the mushroom skewers were the best ever, and people were not wrong!! We ordered 4x mushroom skewers and it was the best decision we've made in a long time. The skewers were out of this world! They had a delicious, slightly charred and caramelised flavour, fresh from a charcoal grill the texture was otherworldly! We are becoming more and more amazed at the power of the mighty meaty mushroom! If we knew how to replicate this dish, we would eat it everyday. Even if you come here just for the skewers (like we did), you would be completely satisfied and happy you did. We also ordered the kimchi and tofu fried rice (you have to specify no egg if you're vegan so be aware), which was extremely tasty too. Yum yum yum! If it wasn't for all of the dishes with eggs, cheese or milky drinks, this place would get a 5* from us just because of those mushrooms! However, the menu is mostly vegetarian so, 4* it is! Enjoy those mushroom skewers!

Amazing mapo tofu and ice tea with peanut milk. The restaurant bis very big, but the food is cheap and there is a big variety of choices

Good food, cheap, welcome tea on arrival and good air con. Lots of locals eat there too which is good.
