Nice hotel with good selection of rooms. Very conveniently located, close to major activities. Good service. Comfortable bed. Well decorated room. We did the boat tour with them (starting 5:30 AM)

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must admit that I do not personally think it deserves a 5-star rating, and here are several reasons supporting my opinion: 1. Misleading Information: The hotel's website mentioned that a suite for two adults could accommodate one child, but when we checked in, we were asked to pay an extra 350 baht for the child, which was unexpected and frustrating. Moreover, they demanded an additional 750 baht for an extra bed. This discrepancy left us quite frustrated. 2. Unexpected Charges: We requested an extra towel from room service, but to our surprise, we were asked to pay 100 baht for it. Typically, other resorts and hotels offer towel services for free, especially when we had already paid the 350 baht for the extra child. This left us questioning the purpose of that initial charge. 3. False Advertisement: Despite advertising Massage Spa services on their website, these services were unavailable during our stay. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to enjoying those amenities. 4. Pool Disappointment: The pool at the hotel was not up to par. It was small and appeared dirty, making it unappealing for swimming. This was a letdown, especially for a supposedly 5-star establishment. 5. Aging Facilities: The overall facilities at the resort seemed old and poorly maintained. The lack of upkeep was evident and contributed to our overall dissatisfaction. 6. Inconvenient Location: The only 7-11 convenience store was around 8km away from the resort, making it inconvenient for guests who needed quick access to essentials. However I have to admit the breakfast was really good with different cuisine were served. Besides the staff was really friendly and nice to engage, which made this stay a great experience. Spacious and a pretty place if would like to take nice photo! Overall I would give a 3-star for my stay.

Here for the food. If u r lucky u can see the nice sunset with the old style catching fish with stunning tone. Food is good and pricing is acceptable.

Came here right after the flood. The resort entrance was flooded. But resort provided shuttles for guests. Nice restaurant inside, facing the lake. However, require charges for extra towel and pillow. First time for me. Massage was good. Quiet and nice

Very friendly and smiley staffs at the hotel. Some can converse in english as well. Room is very spacious, pretty and clean. Definitely deserves to be a 5 star resort! Would definitely return if i have the chance again! The resort is in nature itself, therefore, do expect insects and bugs in the room. Look outside the balcony of the room, its a river whereby guests can kayak for free! There’s a swing in every room’s balcony too!
