Bagel Shack & Food Mart - Phillipsburg

The service in this facility is terrible. the workers are rude and act as the customers disturb them by asking for simple things to beat like a bagel. they have not even allowed them to be of a simple croissant, if there are not many left, because they need them when someone ordered a sandwich, what? and somehow, no, I may not have any protein because they do not have them? eier for sandwiches, but no protein, hmmm. the website suggests them to do something, simply ask them. that's a lie. the bagel house has just opened, and I have no reason to deal more with her evil staff, and I will run my business there. I see other reviews with similar, terrible experiences with her personal and wonder why she's trying to correct this for her business?! I am with the believe that the owners just don't care

Only 2 to give, although I don't always have a problem visiting. I usually arrive pretty early in the morning, although(about 6:30 o'clock), so almost never someone there. visited today at 10:15 o'clock. just wanted to get 2 bagels on her with nothing. Three ladies behind the counter. 3 customers are waiting for ordering 1 family to place an order. when I went to 1 of the ladies, told me if I wanted to order, the line was right (but I knew that, as I usually come about 3 times a week). when I told her I didn't order anything, she never asked what I wanted. I had waited about 10 minutes until someone asks what I wanted. After I had told them, I waited for another 5 before another one asked again what I wanted to put the 2 bagels in one pocket. then I waited a few minutes to pay because 1 dame a guy who came after me, but put an online order (understood). this is not the first time that I waited for just a few bagels with nothing for them if there are 2 or 3 ladies behind the theke not ridiculously busy. 1 of the ladies should help customers only bagels in a bag or lottery or such. also read reviews about the rude lady with the brownish hairs. they are dead, not my personal experience, because I would put them to their place, they say she can keep them? but I have seen how it is rude to most customers. not to look for someone in difficult ways to get or fired, but it should be spoken and if it does not help to give her an ultimatum. she hurts her business. the people turn away. the only lady who is always friendly is the older lady with the curly gray hair. has never been hired with someone. the owner says he wants to improve to make customers happy, but obviously not because the rude lady has been placed in her place for at least 6 9 months or more.

The first two visits were good. quality bagels and breakfast sandwiches. called forward to order what saves much time. the third time I couldn't call in the order because her phone was busy. no customers at the counter, only cook 2 employees and talk. I'm telling her my job and the other one who gave me a side-eye-stone Stare-Rohre with you, you have to order over there while I sign on a point of order here 3 feet my right. if both legs had worked better (with a tube), it would not have been as annoying as it was. they just hit me as rude and I just turned around, they don't need the level of the müll on tomorrow. I visit family for 2 months and would have stopped here almost daily. you loss (of money), I found another place.

I have ordered from this place a series of paintings since I moved into the area and my order was never right. I asked for provolone on my eiersandwiches this morning and got american. my dozen bagel order, which I've been putting for weeks, was never right. I don't understand why they even list some of the options they have on scrubhub when they seem to have them not. either that, or people here have no quality control on their food. I tried to give them so many chances. the bagels are great, although my order is never what I have asked for completely. the rest of this place was not worth that my many try to give local businesses a chance.

Good food, but 3 straight times they have not toasted a bagel like specified, and twice we haven't gotten the hashbrowns we paid for.
