Delicious! My boys loved the ribs, and the chicken curry was flavorful and tender. They asked to go back again the next night.

Chicken there is absolutely sweet and tender and the conch soup is marvelous and thats the spot to be during carnival time they serve the best island and Dominican food as well the sate is to die for especially the sate sauce

Roadside barbeque stand located in Philipsburgh serving chicken, ribs and fish. The food and prices were very good although I would stick with the chicken ribs over the fish. The owner/server was fun and friendly, as well as the cook.

Oh my goodness! The Johnny cakes are incredibly tasty. The pork dish was also outstanding.

For those looking to enjoy traditional cuisine where the locals dine, this is the perfect spot. The combo with potato salad and a Jimmy cake is a must-have, and I could eat it every day. The only thing that enhances the dining experience is the charismatic Mr. Fat Boy himself. Francois, the owner, is a delightful and infectious character who adds to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Hands down, Fat Boy was the highlight of my trip.
