Chinese - Philippi

I had high expectations, but unfortunately they were not met. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with an egg roll and white rice. The chicken was average and edible, but I was disappointed to find that they only provided a tiny plastic cup of sweet and sour sauce on the side. It was definitely not enough for the chicken. The egg roll was inedible, as it tasted like it was fried in old oil. The white rice was very sticky and not enjoyable to eat. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.

This restaurant has extremely poor customer service. Even for those who are patient and understanding, this is not the place to eat. I received my order with a missing item that I had specifically not ordered. The staff does not label orders on the bags, making it difficult to prove any discrepancies. Additionally, they accused me of lying about the missing item. They do not clearly state the menu prices and whether they include taxes. I will not be dining at this restaurant again.

Delicious food and friendly service. the miraculous suppe and moo goo gai pan are amazing! and the workers wear masks and are very careful in this age of kovid what I really appreciate. please support this restaurant.

I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant until this evening. When I picked up my order, it was about 10 dollars more than what the menu prices state. When I asked about it, I was told the menu was new. I told her that I ordered directly from the menu on Facebook and was told they don’t have a menu on Facebook. Clearly.. they do.. when I got home and opened the food.. it was incorrect. I had ordered one General Tso and one Orange Chicken. Both were General Tso.. one just had and orange thrown on top of it. When I called to ask about it, I was told that they were both similar in flavor and one has an orange on it? Ok. I order the same thing every time and it definitely is nowhere close to the same flavor. Totally disappointed today.

The only Chinese in all of Barbour county and the food is pretty good
