Renaissance - Philippeville

We arrived on a Friday night without booking. And yet, they arranged to put us in the tavern, calmly. The welcome is warm and the super friendly staff, listening and good advice. We tasted excellent meat parts in 'Steakhouse' version. My daughter took a dessert ice cream. What a good surprise, she's handmade and very good. We decide to book for the next evening in the rear room (which is the restaurant equipped with the coal-fired hoods). We even came back for lunch from noon on Saturday and shared a pizza of beautiful size and well garnished, of good quality and tasteful. In the evening, we tasted Uruguayan beef that is worth a visit. In short, a meat restaurant that deserves to be stopped for the quality of the products and for the reception of the staff who cut in four even if they are overwhelmed. We will go back to taste other temporary offers like the bison we ate. We also had a Spanish rosé wine, the 'Pink Elephant' for which 1€ is donated to each bottle purchase for the protection of the elephant. Good in every sense of the term. I really recommend it to you, it fits well with steakhouse meat.
