Chez Francis - Philippeville

During a stay in Belgium, I stopped in a (friterie). I found a satisfactory frame there. Very welcoming, helpful staff, but especially quality foods. I'd keep a very good memory. I'd go back there without any problems.

Large parking allows you to park your vehicle safely outside the road. The friendly owners receive you with a smile. I recommend this nice friery.
