The Pickled Heron Byob - Philadelphia

We had a great experience. excellent food, service and classic offers. fois gras and ente confit have a special place in my heart. byob is always wonderful (philly special.) they have a rotating menu to keep an eye.

We had a fantastic dinner there last night, although they only accepted cash. I ordered the quail with risotto, which was delicious. The foie gras was perfectly cooked, and the charcuterie platter and moules frites we ordered for the table complemented the meal perfectly. Our 90-year-old birthday boy thoroughly enjoyed the osso buco and crème brûlée.

The Pickled Heron is a fabulous addition to Fishtown! I recently dined there and was captivated by the height of the walls, and the decor and ambiance. Fishtown truly has a unique charm, and I can't wait to go back. The food was delicious and fresh, and the chocolate caramel dessert was to die for! Fishtown is lucky to have The Pickled Heron.
