Lady doing to go orders literally ignoring us standing there. Only one ft over the barrier. If you yell out your name and interrupt them they won’t like that either. Passive aggressiveness is odd to me

I love sweet greens but this was my worst experience ever!! The kid was making two salads at once and mixed up ingredients and had to start over once I called him out. Then as he was making these they were the worst salads I’ve ever ordered from a sweet greens. I truly obsessed with this chain but today was a sad display of a great brand!

Just wanted to share my experience today and give credit to the team at this location. Especially the guy that helped my girlfriend and me with our order today. “Nobody is perfect” (the employee will know) but he was a pleasure to work with, courteous, respectful, attentive, and on top of everything. Salads were great and the service was even better. Thanks again and I hope this gets to him.
