Starbucks - Philadelphia

We came here while in the area and it was windy and cold and I started coughing very bad. One of the baristas came to me with a water to help calm it down and offered a place to sit. The baristas here go above and beyond what is required of them.

Went on the day of Philly Marathon. Staff had everything down to a science. They were pleasant, quick and efficient with orders and accommodating visitors on a cold dreary day. Kudos.

Usually, stop here on my in office days. Fast service if you order ahead. Great and friendly staff.

I made this weekend a trip to philadelphia for new years and decided to make a last stop before I returned to va. every corner was parked by the police and I went around for an hour to find this place. I called the load and ven was extremely helpful. make sure it is New Year's Day and it is a hectic weekend to travel in the city. However, ven had a positive, warm and welcoming attitude and insisted on making a new order since my eating and drinking sit. I finally arrived and she has made my drink and eat new and gave me a credit for my problems. I called countless paints and she was very understanding and wished me safe travel to home. I would highly recommend this place and ask for ven. they will not be disappointed. so a shat?
