Somo Greenhouse - Philadelphia

It was my birthday. We booked for the greenhouse, which costs extra. It's nothing special to be honest, but the shadow was beautiful and have a place not so open and it was worth it for every passer. The service was nothing special. Our waitress wa nice, but it took about 45 minutes to get even our sisters who was not ideal as we were supposed to have only 90 minutes on our reservation. No one mentioned this or threw us out. The food was all delicious and the drinks were amazing. Definitely a point of sale. They were better without ice because they use a lot of ice so that it wateres the drinks down. We chose the Lychee martinis and frose. I would go back sincerely, only for the Fresé Bc was good and strong. The food was good. Maybe the atmosphere would have been better and faster.

Bad service, but obviously extremely busy and underoccupied. As it seems to be going in the post-Mademic world.

The greenhouse is too expensive. I thought I'd pay $50 for a little more privacy. I could have eaten at the restaurant for free. They are open for the summer that is misleading on the website. The service was terrible. We arrived at 12:45. They gave us a map and said we had to go at 2:24. We got no water until about 1:20 and our food came at 2:18. We could stay, but with the waiting times as long as they were, they should not have any limits. Our waitress was split and needed more support. The food was lukewarm when it finally came out and a half later.

Costs WAY too much for what was made available (including the greenhouse reservation on the top of the dinner bill, which first I'm mind because it was mother's 'day). After compliance with the greenhouse rules regarding the arrival time, we only set ourselves 30 minutes after our reservation time. Long periods are waiting for food (approximately one hour for appetizers/salades) and 3 hours in total because it was a transitional period of brunch for dinner. The greenhouse roof was in two places when it rained slightly. Eating reminded me of OK wedding venue food, which for the most part I would have done better at home. Perspectively, based on what I spent at SOMO for a good and bad experience, we could go to a really nice steakhouse or another high-end restaurant and had a very pleasant meal. I would never recommend it here, but especially not on holiday. Server was great, but can't make it responsible for bad administration and quality.

We went for Mother’s Day Brunch. We had outdoor seating inside of a greenhouse. It was pretty tight. The bottomless mimosas and the service was awesome. Can’t wait to go back
