Shake Shack - Philadelphia

Honestly, this is probably one of the best burger joints in the City. The food is delicious, prices are fair, staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is immaculately clean. I highly recommend it.

Do not order here. The food was extremely old and cold - both the fries and cheeseburgers arrived freezing cold. It appeared that they had been sitting out for some time because the fries were stale. We had to microwave our food, what a disappointment and waste of money.

Not enough cheese on the fries the veggie burger was ok and this is my fourth time ordering the truffle fries they never give me the truffle sauce its frustrating them fries cost almost 8$ come on how hard is it to pack sauce.

First of all they forgot my fries second of all the burger was just nasty the cheese was probably cheez-wiz 1/10 experience would absolutely not recommend

The food was excellent. The chicken was amazing and I highly recommend trying their special milk and cookies milkshake while it's still available.
