Pod - Philadelphia

I love this restaurant! The key is to sit at the sushi bar, where plates of sushi travel around on a conveyor belt in front of you. Each plate's color corresponds to its price. The tuna sushi is my favorite - it was absolutely delicious. I also found the quirky airplane lavatory-themed bathrooms to be quite fascinating.

The sushi bar of the 2000's as visualized in the late 1960's, Pod seems equally inspired by "2001 - A Space Odyssey," the milk bar in "A Clockwork Orange,"

Great sushi in a funky restaurant, Pod will satisfy sushi fans of all stripes even if it takes a chunk out of your wallet.
