Petes Clown House - Philadelphia

The girls who answer the phone are always extremely polite and cheerful! Ron is a wonderful local guy. The customer service is fantastic, definitely exceeding expectations. They serve the best cream chip beef in the area. With great food and a friendly staff, you can’t go wrong at the Clown House!

This charming little spot is tucked away but definitely worth the visit. Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and servers. The food was delicious and came out quickly. I noticed that many regulars were treated exceptionally well, with their meals and drinks being prepared for them as soon as they walked in, without needing to place an order. Overall, it's a place that truly makes the trip worthwhile.

I went to a Pastors Conference the initial restaurant we went to is closed for breakfast on Mondays so McPherson who was leading our trip and who was familiar with the Philadelphia area recommended Pete's Clown house. I have to admit the name of the restaurant sort of left me guessing whether it was going to be good or not. But not only was it good it was absolutely fantastic! And not only was the food great, but the overall experience was second to none. The servers here we're just amazing! I mean I can't say enough about them. And even better yet deodorant to cook kept sending out different breakfast items for us to try out! It was sort of like you had gone to one of those expensive steakhouses like the Fogo de Chao were they continually bring different things around to your table and you try them out! Of course Pete's Clown house is nowhere near the price of Fogo de Chao, but the experience was every bit as good! Our group within from out of town so they probably did something special for us because there were 15 of us! But whatever the case, I give a raving review to this restaurant for making us feel so welcome and treating us like royalty! Highly recommend this restaurant!
