Contribuiți la feedbackI live in New Jersey, and the nearest Panera is 45 minutes away. My girlfriend goes to UPENN, so i frequently visit. Everytime I am here, I make it a point to come to THIS Panera for Korey. He lights up every customer he interacts with. While waiting for our order, he made every single customer smile. The positivity and good vibes that radiate out of him are beyond words. HE is the reason I come to panera. Give him a raise.
Went to Panera Bread on 40th Street. Place could have used some tidying up. I carry wipes so I wiped off the ordering machine before using it. I ordered a chicken cordon melt w/american cheese, spinach and cucumbers. They put cheese on half the sandwich, no spinach, no cucumbers. I mean the order is literally printed out, you only have to read it. The smoothies were watery and tasted like milk…I don’t drink milk, but my son said his tasted like juice. The employees had don’t care attitudes (probably why my sandwich was wrong) but not impolite. We spent $54.69 for $10.00 worth of food/service. Never again! Bye Panera!
This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. I ordered a sandwich and it was tasteless. The bread was soggy. There was no sauce. Coming here was a complete waste. Everyone should go to a different
There was no one at the cash register when I walked in, so I waited. No one came. So, I used the kiosk to place my order. The staff here purposefully ignored me because they did not want to take my order. And, once I received a notice that the order was ready, it took them a while to bring out the order. Also, the staff person was trying to flirt. When I didn't respond to her juvenile flirting, she copped a passive aggressive attitude. Lastly, the food sucked. They are using dated products. Unless you are looking to get sick and receive bad service, you should avoid this place.Parking: Metered
Veggie soup was very good and the piece of bread was sooo delicious. Reminded me of the soft pretzels you could get on philly corners years ago. Just so flavorful.
