The Vanilla Shake and Strawberry Shake were chilled, delicious, and fresh. My hamburgers were hot, and everything was great as always.

The French fries were cold and tasted stale. The double cheeseburger was messy and overly salty. The Hot 'N Spicy McChicken was soggy, old, and dry. The only item that was somewhat edible were the nuggets, but even they were dry, though still manageable. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially since this was my first meal of the day.

At this location, it seems essential to place your order before 5 PM. The evening staff management is quite poor, resulting in missed items and long waits. On the other hand, the daytime management is consistently excellent, ensuring that every item is fresh and delivered on time.

This location has been doing MUCH better lately with order accuracy AND freshness of the food. I really hope they continue to provide this type of service, it truly goes a long way and means alot to a customer.
