Contribuiți la feedback1 reservation was confirmed on 2/5 and they never called me to confirm from 2/13 so I called the restaurant and it went to voicemail that filled 2 went through the restaurant on 2/14 and found that restaurant was closed for at least one month. 3-Stock without reservation for valentinstag at 1:00 o'clock, thanks to all involved. open table sent an update around 18 uhr and asked for an evaluation of 8 uhr, comical. Maybe open table can update its restaurants from time to time to avoid this type of dingen. ends up a place called the common at 36th and market, it was a big sound
The restaurant was closed when we arrived, for the weather that apparently no one else noticed in philadelphia. they say they wanted to notify us, but we have no such warning.
This review is for open table, not haute restaurant! twice in the last 30 days open table has ruined my plans! first we made reservations for silvester, only to be called the next day at the restaurant to tell us that the time we choose is not availale! the restaurants have been closed so that we could not even call them to correct this error and the opportunity lost to go there. second! we have made reservations at haute just to find the restaurant completely closed when we arrived! they all have to get it together! Sorry, but I will not use this app again!
I wish there was an option to have “not applicable”. I made the reservation and then I read all reviews. I was a little empty, so I had plans too. well, what I did. They called me about three hours before the reservation to say that they had a private party and I could come later. we went before the nutcracker so I couldn't come later. not sure if I will ever try to go there or not!
I tried to call for two days at various times only to get an answering machine. I left one message requesting a call back to discuss the location of the restaurant as every map service was unclear. Never heard back from them. Furthermore, traffic was horrendous so we ended up being late (I tried to call 10 minutes before the time of the reservation -answering machine again). We had theater tickets that night so we ended up going someplace else. So we never went to Haute and I question how important they feel customers are to their business.
