Gino's Pizza - Philadelphia

My first order about 2weeks ago, lg extra cheese an a LG white extra cheese was perfect. They delivered fast an hot. My second order a few days ago, LG white extra cheese?? an a LG tomato pie extra cheese a steak Stromboli. The white pizza had nowhere near the cheese as the first order (must depend on who makes it). The steak Stromboli was LG but not to filled with steak or cheese, at almost 20$ better off getting 2 pizzasteaks. The tomato pie sauce was bland, I had to add extra spices, but still pretty gd.

I ordered a sandwich chicken cutlet parmesan I told the girl on the phone I want mozzarella not provolone what does sandwich came it smells terrible like provolone cheese I don't eat provolone cheese, so I told the gentleman sir I cannot eat this please make me a new sandwich he gave me a hard time I waited 10 minutes for a new sandwich all he did was take off the cheese and put mozzarella on I took a bite and almost threw up it's a lousy $6 sandwich and that's what he did to me he lost a good customer I will never eat there again this guy copped an attitude over something I don't eat he couldn't believe that I wouldn't eat the sandwich

Gino's Cafe is one of my favorite local restaurants to get Italian food at. I've been going there for a couple years now. Only had good experiences thus far.Recently, I had them cater a party I was throwing. My family and I were extremely impressed by the large portion sizes for the reasonable price!The dine in option is nice as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking to grab some delicious Italian food. But, if you're more into American food, like pizza and steaks, they have that for you as well.

Came into town and ask a local for a recommendation. Glad we listened and went. Very clean carry out, food was fresh and hot. Reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly. Looking forward to going back. A+.

I really love their pizza! The fries can be inconsistent, though. I would order more frequently, but the lack of insulated bags means our pizza often arrives cold, and we end up having to warm it up, which is frustrating.
