Costa's Pizza Grill - Philadelphia

I was pleasantly surprised by the plain cheese pizza—it was thin, had the perfect amount of sauce, delicious cheese, and was cooked just right. I usually dislike how many pizza places advertise "Jumbo Buffalo Wings" only to serve small, low-quality wings, so I opted for the "Breaded Wing Zings." These are the same small wings, but breaded, making them much better. They were tasty, though a bit overpriced (and yes, I understand rising costs due to gas and produce price increases). The Jalapeño Poppers were just like those at any other pizza place—standard cheap cheese from a bulk supplier—so I wasn't expecting anything special there. I would definitely order the pizza and those Zingers again, despite the higher price. The ladies at the counter were very pleasant, even with the restaurant being busy and dealing with some difficult customers (which I witnessed firsthand). They maintained a friendly demeanor with everyone in line.

I had an excellent meal last night. The seafood platter was delightful, and the crunchy chicken—made with their special hand-breaded recipe—was amazing, with a hint of honey that really made it stand out. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful whenever I visit. I can’t wait to come back and try the shrimp Alfredo soon!

The cheesesteaks are absolutely amazing, and the pizzas are consistently delicious. And I can't even begin to describe how fantastic the wings are; they are the best I've ever tasted!

I have been ordering from here for years since I moved in the area. I was looking at the reviews and can 't believe any of the worst ones I seen. I have ALWAYS had great quality food and friendly staff here. I 'm good friends with one of the 'other ' pizza shop owners and know for a fact that the competition often puts bad reviews for good shops in the area. Don 't believe the nay sayers. If you are looking for a great meal at a great price try Costas. You won 't be disappointed.
