Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

I've never had a bad experience at this location. While many reviews mention slow service, it’s important to remember that there are only a limited number of employees working. My interactions with the staff have been perfectly fine; I've never encountered any issues. Just the other day, I asked for some hot sauce since they had run out, and the employee promptly brought me a new bottle. I do think this restaurant is a bit understaffed, but that's a common issue everywhere right now. Just keep in mind that this is Chipotle, where you're paying between $10 and $20 for lunch, so you shouldn’t expect a five-star dining experience.

Overall, it's quite good. You have the option to customize your meals to suit your personal taste.

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with double rice and two warm tortillas, along with a Mexican soda. Unfortunately, my order was missing the warm tortillas and instead, I received a soft taco. The taco was fine, but I was charged nearly $7.00 for the extra rice, which seemed excessive.

I'm done with Chipotle. I keep trying different locations, hoping for a better experience, but I was disappointed once again. I won't even get into the service.

My pickup order was cold and lacked flavor. It was likely the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. They also included sour cream in my meal (which I didn't want) and forgot the corn salsa. Additionally, there was hardly any protein in the bowl. While my food was ready on time, I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
