Blondie - Philadelphia

Celebrated my mother's birthday here. the food and service were excellent!

We went to blonde to birthday with my man, mother and 5 sons. the waitress was charming and friendly, but this is where the positive experience ended. eating was extremely bland and tasteless. the lobster mac and cheese were granular and the lobster gum. the friend huh was over boiled, dry and unseasonal. the french were limp and undeaded. I had an extra dirty martini (extra dirty, as I always ask for her) that was unimaginable. if I ask the extra waitress in the training that make it with a bit more wodka to drink it, it was taken a shot wodka and was charged an additional $11. it didn't help and both went unbroken. it was a dinner that cost over $400 dinner and the experience let us all disappoint. it is a cute restaurant in a great location on the main street in manayunk, but they have a lot to work on.

Eating was cold and the pech of the moimosa was flat.

The best can be the music, the ambiente of the server. that wait for eating was quite long, but it seems the norm in these days my company was great so that we could look past. eating was not good at all. I had the lobster benedikt that he came with secrets and had no taste. it seemed as if our eating was nothing hot and my eggs were hardly casual and the inside sides were three different textures. there was only a small Hollandaise sauce on them. my friend had the stone belts that were not completely cooked, had no taste either again there was not enough sauce to soften or improve the taste. our server, josie was very pleasant apologetic. it wasn't her fault, but I doubt I'll ever return.

We waited over an hour for food; seems the place is really short-handed.
