Beijing - Philadelphia

The food here is absolutely delicious and the service is quick! I usually get takeout, but this time I decided to dine in for lunch. I started with the vegetable soup as an appetizer, and it was fantastic! I wished I could bottle up the broth to take home with me. Amazing flavor! For my main course, I had the shrimp and asparagus with brown rice, which was just as delicious. Plus, they offered free tea! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Fresh. I've had my fair share of places in the city (when I first moved to the area). I cook a lot for myself. When eating here I found that the chicken fried rice was NOT over cooked and extra greasy. It seemed to be have made fresh to order and they didn't load it sauce, it wasn't 2-week-old crunchy, nor was it mushed together. It was however, crisp and super hot, the eggs were fluffy interior, slight crisp exterior, the rice was cooked perfectly. No complaints. They do happen to have gluten free meals here which could also be a reason why the good was fresher-made to order. I'll be stopping here again by mistake, but on purpose next time! Thank you. P.S. I actually was looking for parking and stumbled upon this place, partner right out front, where I'm typing this now!

Love this place! Have been going here for the better part of 30 years. The original owners travel to Beijing China and brought back the idea of opening this restaurant with recipes that are really authentic from Beijing China. Definitely worth coming to if you are interested in cultural dishes that are different in many respects from the typical Chinese takeout places. This is a student and faculty attended place so can be quite busy during the academic school year.

I've been here several times, and they always deliver excellent service and delicious food. It's definitely my favorite restaurant to visit!

You can’t go wrong with their menu – everything is delicious!
