Barbuzzo Restaurant - Philadelphia

I am extremely disappointed with the San Margherita Pizza I ordered from this restaurant. The crust was burnt and it seemed like the sauce was made from canned tomatoes. The pizza was on a soft flatbread, not a traditional pizza dough. It also arrived cold. Overall, I will never return to this restaurant with such a good reputation. I feel like I wasted my money and I will be telling my friends about this experience. I believe I should receive a credit for this meal. I also think Venmo should not deduct payment or I should receive a credit. I took photos of the pizza before throwing it away.

The salad was fantastic. It was difficult to decide which one to order because they all sounded so delicious, but the flavor was outstanding.

The Calabrese Pizza, whipped ricotta, budino, and meatballs were all fantastic! If you're looking for a vegetable, I would recommend skipping the asparagus and opting for a salad or bringing your own veggies.
