Mcdonald's - Phenix City

I wasn’t able to order because the menu board was broken. The only other option was to go in the store and I was unable to do that, so I just went next door to Culver’s. It’s hard to offer food with no menu! One lane had a partially working menu, but the other lane was completely closed.Parking: The drive through was backed up because they had numerous cars waiting for food and they blocked the parking lot.

Floor is extremely slippery. Proceed with caution. Ordered at kiosk. Hot burger and fries served within 5 minutes.

Why after 2+ months NONE of their drive through menu screens work? They are all off. Do we just guess what we want? And assume the order is right? Ridiculous

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with a side of fries and a Large Coke. When i opened the bag, i saw 5 ROACHES inside the nugget box. There was also maggots in my fries. And when i pulled out of the drive thru, i saw Ronald Mcdonald staring at me from the corner of the building. Never coming here again

I was in Opelika this morning when I placed a mobile order on my cell phone.... I assumed it would order from the McDonald's of the parking lot in which I was sitting but I assumed wrong.... Apparently I ordered from the McDonald's about 25 mi away in Phenix City.... That being said I realize it was my fault however... When I tried to call the McDonald's in Phenix City at address 3709 the phone number says it's disconnected... I went inside the McDonald's I was at in Opelika and the manager there was trying to be helpful and also tried to call that McDonald's by looking them up on the internet etc and she also could not reach them and got a disconnected phone number. Anyways I got charged and I'm out the nine bucks I was trying to spend.... Just take careful note of which McDonald's is highlighted in your app!
