American Deli - Phenix City

Not at all impressed. They have big wings and yes some people do like them that way but not me. There is no way to grow a chicken to that size fast without additives. I bought 2 piece fish and added 4 wings extra wet. They charged me $2 to make 4 wings extra wet. Really?The fish has no flavor and the fries are cheap and bland. The good I did get was the wing sauce ,they are one of few wing spots that still give you celery and carrots and they stay open 24 hours. Would have to be desperate to return

The wings were good but I have to get mine fried crispy. The fries were cold, nasty and they don’t give you many but $1.10 for a small cup of ranch is absurd

They got my order wrong charged me for extra meat I didn’t ask for plus did give me the shrimp that I paid for and when I called they refused to replace or refund me then hung up in my face horrible customer service and the food not good the lie and steal from their customers horrible place don’t wast your time going here or your money the one on 80 in Phenix city al

Going to give five stars for a few reasons. I’ve been here at least a dozen times and the food is always good consistent and good portions. It’s 24/7 which is kind of crazy and the lobby is clean and well stocked. They have good desserts that they buy in, and the staff are friendly. Be careful coming here after club hours you will have the same experience but you will get a show you didn’t pay for haha
