Starbucks - Pharr

How sad my first visit to this place because it is closer to my house and the girl on the passage with the frackle vision is the rude ever.. Do not save yourself a visit here terrible customer service never again!!!!

The only reason I evaluate the food on a star while service and atmosphere is 5 stars, because in all honesty the food / drinks are always cheaper elsewhere. Whatever it is, a lemonade or a bagel. That means the service is great. I always have a pleasant time. You can't really blame them for being busy and trying to come online and drive thru orders that will wait a first within for some time. These people really need an increase in handling some customers. They're just trying their best.

WORST Starbucks to go, asked for a venti brown sugar espresso, I had literally only about 3 sips, cup was full of ice I couldn't even do it with the straw as full it was. This place is really bad.

Your customer service in general is absolutely ridiculous. not sure why employees have the need to be rude and ESPECIALLY to release dates. I was in the line since 330, the store opened at 5:00, they had the wax berry cups, but in boxes still, told us that they would not be on the shelf until after 9:00, tell me why at 620:00 they sold out?

Always great fast service ,even if the line is long it moves fast and efficientlyFood: 5/5
