Dunkin' - Pharr

I came to this Dunkin’ donuts about 2 days ago in the late hours before they wanted to approach. When I ordered my drink, I looked into the window and saw a person who did what seemed almost everything. When he came into the window, I asked him where his manager was, and he said his manager didn't help him and was in the back refused to help in the front. Maybe my service was so slow? justice for the young who worked at the front to do everything.

I love to get a coffee here for my teenage children, man and me! I usually ask for a special one to the ice cream of my man, which only about 70% of the time they do right. I would have five stars.

The first time after dunkin' and it was an acidic experience. the girl who worked the running thru 3. februar at 12 o'clock was very rude and lacked in customer service skills. she always told us what they didn't have and would not suggest any other options. it seems to have a problem of employment. will not spend money where I feel unwilling.

In the last 2 years we have taken care of the dunkin, but surprisingly, their service was even worse in the last few months. the employees always seem to have an employment. if there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would definitely leave it. they do not come to the dunkin unless they wanted to be greeted with eye-rolling and keeping in order. the employees do not care about the customers.

I didn't not know what to expect, but it tasted the same if not better than the one back in Chicago. Love me some Dunkin!
