We are simply thrilled: short contact via WhatsApp, pick up at the restaurant 1 hour later, incredible service, very tasty food, wonderful atmosphere, shuttle back to the hotel. Just wonderful. I have a cooking class for the children and I booked and had an amazing time. pam is one of the most sophisticated and flexible hostesses they can imagine. first they visit the morning market to get in touch and have a walk and a chat (see not everyone enjoys this, and they 'll skip when it's 't ding, but highly recommended) next a little time to take a drink and cool into the beautiful garden, then to work before the actual cooking and plating prep. amazing helpful and informatiw all the way through. she shared some of the secrets of her recipes that create the taste of the next. it also ensured that everything was lubricated and spiced on every personal preference. pam is passionate about eating and taste and has the desire to know them and share their skills and to improve the taste of the world at a time. food itself (in no small part of its exact selection of ingredients and techniques) finished the best we had in Thailand. we have taken a lot back to the hotel refrigerator for dinner. quite simply a wonderful day and highly recommended to eat and new chefs alike.

Ingenious afternoon cooking class with pam! pam brought us from our hotel and drove us to a local afternoon market. we have some of the required ingredients that return to their restaurant. here we prepared the sweet one for our selected dishes before pam spoke through the cookery of the dishes. it was good fun, very informatiw and tasty! pam runs a great business both the restaurant and the cooking class! very pleasant and very reasonable (based on Irish trips!
