Susie-store manager offers exceptional customer service. even if she is short hand-made, she was characterized to cover and want every customer needs. I really enjoy her friendliness and smile; she makes people feel welcome. super job susie!

This is solely for the Stonehill Pflugerville location and this is for service only. I placed my order of which one item was not placed in the bag after double checking at the mic, and at the drive through window when paying. We drove off without checking the bag. I guess that's where we went wrong. We were nearing Kelly Lane when we decided to check and the item was not there. We looped around, went back through the drive through because we honestly were not dressed to be out of the car. We let the person know at the mic about the missing item, we waited and when we got to the window, the girl opened the window and handed the bag to us and shut it! No eye contact, no apologies for the inconvenience? We paid, we tipped, we wasted our fuel because of their error and they get to be rude?!! I understand things are hard but if you want patrons to continue coming to your establishment, get a handle on your customer service. Prices are increasing for us all so if we choose to come to your establishment that helps keep the economy afloat, how a little customer service. I didn't ask for a hand out, I paid for the missing item so why behave rudely to us, WE were inconvenienced.

Although I love one stone bagels, I am so sadly disappointed by this particular situation because they are extremely slow. we were here before the pandemic and they were slow at that time, but this time we waited in the trip literally over 30 minutes and couldn't get out of the line because we were stuck between cars.

Love Einstein bagels. Had a good meal experience but they do seem a little short handed. Only thing that I did not like was that no one had a net. Not sure if it’s not required by the Health Dept anymore but one particular lady had her hair long and not groomed which made me uneasy about my meal. Thank God she wasn’t peeping it. Other than that, they get 5 stars. .

Wanted to place an order online, but looks like this location doesn't offer that. Horrible in-person service. Extremely slow and inefficient, very long wait times. Rude and racist. Won't take names on orders. Won't be returning here. Don't recommend this location one bit. You're better off driving 20 min further for better service!!
