The employees at this Teriyaki Madness truly embody customer service and the effects they can have on their customers. I walk in, and I’m greeted by name. My order is memorized. The employees remember details about me and my life. They truly care about you as a person, not just a customer. Walking into the Pewaukee Teriyaki Madness feels like coming home. I’ve been having some health issues that have kept me away, and Don (who is absolutely amazing) said that he would keep me in his prayers. It meant the world to me! Brandon and Misty continue to bring smiles to my face through their kindness! This business doesn’t just care about customers, they care about people, and that’s why I will continue to come to this Teriyaki Madness time and time again.

Tastes good and is filling. I like the mad spicy chicken. It’s not killer hot, just enough to keep me coming back. The people are nice too.
