Great hotel! Corresponds to 5*! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff! Parking on the territory is free. Comfortable mattress and pillow! The spa area is very cozy and comfortable! They called on Friday to ask about the spa area. The workers said, you can come tomorrow, we don 't have a reservation. And upon arrival, it turned out that there are no seats at the pools (neither outside nor indoors), and the spa is not working at all. No one warned, did not explain anything and only we can 't do anything . The weekend is ruined Service: 1

We called in advance and asked if we need to book pool. Administration said “no, just come and make registration”. So, when we came in 2 days in the morning, administrator said they don’t have free space near pool since hotel is full of guests she she can’t call everyone and warn that they have no space anymore. In my opinion, she could just say in advance when we called that we need to recheck information before go there. So, we just went to another place. Service: 1
