The Country Store - Petersham

Update in 2021: You just have to try their blangnase... tiny little sharp and so delicious. A jewel of the central MA area; the amount of professionalism and attention to detail is dazzling! Great food sought and much nostalgia for a country/general business; I wish I lived a little closer to go more often; excellent local beer and wine selection!

Ari deserves 6 stars. It is a wonderful spot to grab a quick bite, coffee and a pastry, or to just stock up on food. So far, it is the best country store I have visited. Additionally, Petersham is a charming, classic New England village.

Excellent ready meals! We had the sandwich cases and garden salad. The garden salad was much for two people and had a variety of vegetables. You also have some beautiful locally made Alpaka socks, hats, etc.

This restaurant is fantastic, with a charming and nostalgic country atmosphere.
