Ta Bon Fry And Southern Eats

The wings and ribs are AMAZING! ? We were originally going to a different restaurant that ended up being closed, and wandered in here and were so impressed and pleasantly surprised.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was incredible, so much so that I would be willing to make the drive from Richmond to Petersburg just to have another meal there. I highly recommend trying their high-quality southern cuisine, it's the best in Virginia!

I was in town for military work and was craving some soul food. The gentlemen that took my order was so thoughtful when I had told him I hadn't had good soul food because I'm living in California. He then let the head chef know my situation, soon after the chef personally presented me with my food. Highly recommend this place, extremely polite and thoughtful and very military friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! 10/10!!

Food and atmosphere was spot on. I will be a regular after today!

Super cute place to eat in the heart of the city.The staff is very nice and take their job seriously. I had the fish sandwich and fries.if I had more time I would have ordered another one to go. I had a side of Mac&Cheese and it was good hot and creamy . If your ever in VA fort Lee area and looking for soul food you have to eat here it’s a MUST !!
