Subway - Petersburg

The staff at this restaurant is always very courteous and happy to make multiple sandwiches at once.

The restaurant offers delicious subs made fresh daily. The service is attentive and the restaurant is kept very clean. It is also convenient for both drive-up and handicap accessibility.

I entered the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to see more than one person working. I ordered a sandwich, but the employee making it seemed to completely ignore me and was not attentive. He forgot to add bacon to my sandwich, and instead just threw it in after unwrapping the sandwich. When I paid, he tossed my sandwich onto the counter. Upon opening my meal at home, I discovered a crumpled napkin with orange residue inside my sandwich, even though there were no orange ingredients in my order. The sandwich was also messy and smushed. I am disappointed with the service at this Subway and will not be returning.

The parking lot is so dark and scary at night I won’t even get out of my car to go in and order food I don’t have any clue how the employees feel safe at night. Or let alone how the employer allows this to happen. Horrible guess they don’t like business
