Old Towne's Alibi - Petersburg

I had never heard of this place. Didn't know of their Fan Following. Visiting in town, a friend invited me here for brunch. Wow. First, the atmosphere was so calm. We pointed out to Ms Kat that is was so calm, and happy, and stress free on a Sunday Morning?! Of course, she attributed it to her amazing staff, which I hear she has a tendency to do : And if you're debating getting the Blueberry Cheesecake Pancakes the answer is YES. Amazing. Sad when my leftovers ended. This place was outstanding. And gained a new follower ;

If you are looking for a local restaurant in the Tri-Cities or Metro Richmond area, Alibis is the place to try. The wait staff are so friendly, it's like you're having dinner with your family. The food is so delicious and they're so many great entrees to choose from. We had the flight of pickles for an appetizer, giving us everything from sweet to spicy. And we had the brunch bowls which were so filling and delicious that I was hoping it was bottomless. Check out this great restaurant and support local!

What a great place and vibe! Everyone is super friend friendly and helpful. They all seem to be enjoying working there. The place is always packed. If the weather is nice, you can sit outside. The owner, Kat, is super nice!! We loved meeting her. I had biscuits and gravy, which is 2 biscuits and a side. So much food!! The French toast was just the right size. Be warned of the mimosa flight. You might need a DD ?. They give you so much!! ?? Really great place! I'm big on supporting a local business and giving back to the community and not a big corporation. We'll be back for sure.
