Tim Hortons - Peterborough

I grabbed a tea on my way out of the mall. I was travelling and when I took a sip there was cream in the tea instead of milk. Couldn’t go back as I was on the highway.

Incredibly rude staff. I asked for a cup of water and they said We only give mediums take or leave I said I 'll pay for it still they were very rude and its not a one time experience. Everytime i walk in they are rude or talk back very badly. The staff needs to be taught about how to greet and serve politely

This morning I took the lid off my coffee and found a gooey looking floaty in it. I took it back up to the counter and the worker was extremely rude to me. I explained what happened and she said what is it? to which I replied I 'm not sure what it is and then she said very loudly and abruptly and in a tone as if she was speaking to a child no, I mean what is the coffee?! Absolutely no excuse for this rudeness.

Ordered crispy chicken sandwich first cashier entered wrap instead of sandwich, i maker her correct then i said xtra mayo but still they put only mayo and no chipotle on sandwich , don’t deserve 1 star about customer service

The manager is very rude and she is very mean to her staff as well. I think her name is Tammy.
