This Thai restaurant is the best in town, located in a mall storefront. Despite having upscale Thai restaurants nearby, this hidden gem stands out for its friendly owners and consistently delicious, hot, and fresh food that is made right in front of you. They happily accommodate special requests without any fuss, such as extra red curry sauce at no extra charge. The prices are reasonable, the menu offers a great variety, and the quality of the food is excellent. There is always a line, but it moves quickly. Plus, they customize the spice level to your preference, whether you like it mild or hot.

This restaurant only offers take-out service, but there is seating available in the food court.

Had a quick lunch here and was very pleased with the generous serving of pad thai...also expected those salad size shrimp in my shrimp pad thai but instead got nice larger ones. Very tasty and served piping hot. Biggest complaint - they do not accept...More

I like chicken Pad-Thai and have ordered from Simply Thai several times now and sadly it's been different every time. The location is convenient as it's near where I work so that's the main reason why I keep going. The chicken Pad-Thai never seems to be the same. It goes from being WAY too salty to being dry to being overflowing with juices. Had it one time and because of the amount of salt I could not eat it. Sometimes there is plenty of chicken and sometimes not so much. When it's right...it's right and tastes fantastic. Just wish I had the same experience every time.

The food is amazing and well priced, and the employees are super friendly! Highly recommend this location to everyone.
