A&W Restaurant - Peterborough

Their hamburger are so good. You can taste the qualithy of the beef. The chicken fingers are also good, made from real chicken not processed. Best root beer and they use real glasses if you dine inside. Makes all the difference. When I was younger all pop came in glass instead of plastic and I swear it tasted better.

The lady who took my order was very pleasant. Food was ready quickly and was very good. Love the frozen mugs when you dine in!

Teenburger Platter with diet Root Beer! That is what I love to have with a substitute of Yam fries which just tops it off! Yummy!

Have reviewed this A&W previously with only good things to say but not the last couple of times. Our last visit the fries were soggy and tasteless. We decided that was probably a "one of" & visited again tonight. No one was in there and again we were given fries which were just sitting there. If the place is busy I can understand them trying to get fries done ahead of time but there was no one there. The fries again were soggy, cold and tasteless. A&W for the most part really only have fries and burgers they should be able to get these both right all of the time. This will likely be our last visit.

Went for lunch and although the food was as usual they had no coffee or fries ready. By the time they arrived at the table we were at least halfway through our burgers. The staff need training in logistics.
