Ariyana - Peterborough

My wife and I had a very disappointing dinner at that restaurant tonight. The reviews on here were highly rated, but unfortunately, they were not accurate.

This small, cozy, family-run restaurant was delightful. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was simply fantastic.

The food is great and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant when in Peterborough. I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't have high expectations.

Had fall off the bone lamb shank. Best and least expensive lamb I've ever eaten. Really looking forward to try many other items on the menu. Really friendly helpful staff. One of my favorite restaurants in Peterborough.

The chicken shwarma is delicious. The rice is also very good but the vegetables are outstanding in the salad. there is also a couple of types of pickle that are great. The feta cheese triangle is extra but delicious. Then they put a white sauce and a medium or hot sauce striped all over everything. My companion got the falafel which he also loved. We went back twice and had the same thing it was so good. Huge portions.Would like to try some other dishes.
