It’s understandable that it was a bank holiday, but I believe more staff was needed in the food department. Although the lines were manageable, there were no tickets available to indicate where to pick up food. I was helped by two employees, Neil and Emma, who went above and beyond to assist me. However, I think they need to address their staff about handling issues when they arise. The person who answered my question was unable to provide assistance, which led to delays and longer queues.

The food halls are spacious, and there's an extensive section for household goods and clothing. I recently purchased some Chinese food from here, and it felt like I was in a different world.

This is a really nice and clean place to visit. It offers simple, free parking. The coffee shop serves a great cup of tea in a beautifully clean environment. It's definitely worth a visit!

Nice and large! very spacious and airy shop. combined clothing, food hall and caffe everything under one dach. lots of free parking, disabled parking directly outside the main doors. very tidy and clean in the inner. the caffe is popular, very nice tee, coffee, hot chocolate etc. snacks, cake and eat a little on the expensive side, but very tasty.

Quality food and goods in a pleasant store with plenty of parking just outside the entrance. Staff always approachable and helpful. A tad more expensive than most but the food especially of a very high standard. Just picked up an eight place setting (2x4) of crockery in the sale (Very similar to Denby) at a fraction of the full price. Well pleased. Oct 2021 time has passed and the crockery is all scratching in normal use cut a piece of meat one new scratch. Very disappointed
