I went to the restroom and brought my young children into the coffee shop for hot chocolate. The staff were very helpful and understanding. They brought my tablet over and made a special cool hot chocolate for my son, which was fantastic. Well done to the coffee shop, I will definitely come back.

I love the atmosphere on both the top and ground floors of this restaurant. The staff are incredibly helpful. However, I do find it a bit too pricey for my budget. I appreciate that they offer some lovely gifts that would be perfect for Christmas presents already.

I am always happy to visit john lewis, peterborough. yesterday I experienced her 2 hours free clothes stylist service my daughter is getting married in juni. it was very pleasant and rewarding, because the stylist supported me with color, style, shape, shoes and head, all wear one to one. it was not rushed and there was no hard sale. I came with a beautiful outfit that felt me and looked amazing; it didn't cost as much as I was afraid! I recommend this free service! thank you lorraine!

I have always been a fan of this restaurant. Despite not having a lot of money to spend, I appreciate their reasonable prices and always manage to find something within my budget. Yesterday, I was delighted to discover a last roll of William Morris wallpaper for $5, marked down from $62. It was a fantastic deal and made my day!

I went into John Lewis last Friday looking for some aftershave for my husbands birthday. I very nice lady called Barbara helped me pick something new. Up until this point I had been having a very bad week and once I got to the till to pay, Barbara put a couple of sample aftershaves in the bag for my husband and a sample one for me. Now this may not sound much to most people but this lady didn't know that I'd had a bad week but just that little gesture made my day. So, thank you Barbara for putting a smile back on my face :
