Jade Garden The Chinese Take-away

We have been customers to this take away for sometime I was taken aback to be asked for service for credit and debit cards. This was new to me and I suspect a move to make up for surcharges on credit cards. I feel...I am being cheated. So, I will go elsewhere.

Have been going there for many years and no problem however recently it is now run by English people from Chatsworth estate no customer service skills , didn't even smile . When we go to a Chinese part of the charm is the smiley happy...faces. Food portions are smaller but they have upped their prices and when the food came it was not edible. Very cross as spent over thirty pound on putting it in the bin. We as a family will never visit again and nor will many locals as I have told everyone how bad it now is, and friends had also commented that it's not nice now with the new management

My number one place for Chinese food in Peterborough the food is lovely wouldn't go any where else the lady who takes the order on the phone is so nice x

Always great food from here, delivery is prompt. Always consistent and they recognise you by your phone number as well.
