This restaurant meets all the expectations of a high-quality fish and chip shop.

After being told about this fish restaurant and fish and chip shop,four of us decided to give it a try on a busy Saturday lunch time. We arrived and received a warming welcome then seated in the dining room overlooking the river.The extensive menu was fantastic.The food was delivered within ten minutes and was fantastic. I had the plaice which was meaty with a crisp light batter.The cod also looked and was yummy.The chips were hand cut chunky and crispy ,with thick bread and butter if required.all followed by one of the best cups of tea we have had for months.This the best fish and chip shop and restaurant we havs been to in many years and we have all tried them all in the area.well done and we will all be back soon.

After hearing great things about this fish restaurant and fish and chip shop, four of us decided to give it a try on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and seated in the dining room with a lovely view of the river. The extensive menu was impressive and we were pleased with the quick service - our food arrived within ten minutes and was delicious. I ordered the plaice, which was perfectly cooked with a light, crispy batter. The cod was also excellent and the hand-cut chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We also enjoyed a great cup of tea afterwards. Overall, this is the best fish and chip shop and restaurant we've been to in years. We all plan on returning soon.
