Harvey's - Petawawa

We had a wonderful dining experience as a family. Emily was very attentive and friendly, making our visit extra special. The food was delicious. Thank you.

I am very thankful for the staff at Harvey's for finding my wallet and contacting me! The food was also very tasty.

The service at this restaurant is very inconsistent. Sometimes the food is served quickly and hot, while other times customers are made to wait for 30 minutes to receive cold food. Unfortunately, today was one of the latter instances. I ordered through the harvey app and scheduled a pick-up time. Despite arriving on time, I did not receive my food until 40 minutes later. What's the point of setting a pick-up time if it's not going to be honored? There seems to be some issue with the preparation procedures at this restaurant and it's unclear what the problem is.

I'm from ottawa, who's just passing thru. we have ordered burgers to go. ends with burgers that were burned black. tried like coal. I am a regular customer at harveys in ottawa, but I will not be back to them.

Shoutout to Rob at the Petawawa location for being so friendly and chatty while providing great customer service. We were also happy with our food as well!
