Starbucks - Petaluma

I order an iced vanilla chai from Starbucks every day, and I've visited several locations in Sonoma County. This Starbucks, however, makes the best version of my drink by far! Every time I get my order, it’s always perfect. I’m not sure what you’re doing differently, but keep up the great work!

I discovered this Starbucks after changing jobs, and I've really enjoyed my experience here. The customer service is great, and I always place my orders in advance using the app. I've only had one issue, which was when the store was really busy and there were only two baristas working. Sometimes, it's important to consider the circumstances to understand why things might not go smoothly. Aside from that, the staff has always been friendly. The location is a bit small, and the parking situation can be challenging, but I appreciate that I can quickly grab a nice warm cup of coffee.

The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than assisting customers. I had to wait 10 minutes for an espresso and a boxed lunch.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and pleasant. I tend to mumble and feel anxious when placing my order, but they were exceptionally patient with me.

Boo, Starbucks. You were out of oat milk, which was my first disappointment. Then, you burnt my coconut milk—another letdown. I also paid $3.25 for a tiny lime coconut "bar," which was just a two-bite square. Seriously, Starbucks? This is disappointing! Additionally, the barista in the black glasses tends to overdo it with the milk. If you order a cappuccino, you’ll end up with something resembling a latte instead. Unfortunately, that’s what happened to me; I wanted a cappuccino but got a latte instead.
