Nature's Recipe Cafe - Petaling Jaya

The only vegetarian restaurant I know of that serves a full dim sum menu. Food is tasty and service is good and friendly. Besides dim sum, lots of local favourites available. Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity served. Update August 2020: During our recent visit, we managed to try more dim sum dishes such as chee cheong fan, kuey kak, dumplings, char siew pau, baked cheese rice, yong tau foo, etc. These were all very good and even the non-vegetarians in our party enjoyed them. Recommended! Update Nov 2021: we had a light lunch here with some dim sum dishes. Food is delicious as usual but serving took some time. Just need to eat slower and enjoy each dish before the next one comes.

I tried the vegetarian burger and it was actually quite good. The side of fries was a bit greasy, but still tasty. The drinks were top-notch. The service was great, and it was fun to see that the staff remembered me from dining at their sister restaurant next door. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their menu.

This restaurant in Klang Valley is one of the few places where you can enjoy vegetarian dim sum. It can get busy during lunch hours, but finding a table is not a problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food here, although I didn't quite enjoy the siu mai as it had a strong bean curd skin texture. The prices are a bit higher compared to non-vegetarian dishes.

This is a cosy space which tends to get busy especially on the 1st and 15th of the lunar calendar but has a wide selection of vegetarian meal to choose from~ they are pretty yummy too! Had the butter chicken rice and the hokkien noodles which came in a filling portion and all in all, satisfying! Both are priced at RM8.90, pretty good value for me~ However, as it is crowded when I went there, the food is generally served a bit slower, but not to the point where I will get impatient.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. It took 1 and a half hours to prepare a Nasi lemak. Two other tables who arrived after us have already finished their meals while we are still waiting for ours. The service is terrible and the waiters are not very bright. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
